Delete Your Snagger Account
You can permanently delete your Snagger account and all associated cloud data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Option 1 — In the Snagger app (immediate)
- Open the Snagger app and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Cloud Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account and all cloud data are removed immediately.
Option 2 — By email
Email contact.snaggerapp@gmail.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject “Delete my Snagger account”. We process deletion requests within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account (email and profile).
- All projects, properties, plans, pins, photos, snag lists, reports, and meeting minutes stored in Snagger’s cloud.
- Your company/branding settings and any subscription profile records held by Snagger. (Store subscriptions themselves are managed and cancelled through Google Play or the Apple App Store.)
What is not deleted by us
- Data on your own device — removed when you uninstall the app.
- Backups you made to your own Google Drive — under your control in your Google account.
- An active subscription — cancel it in Google Play / App Store subscription settings (deleting the account does not stop store billing).
