Snagger is a snagging app and site inspection app built for construction. Walk a site, drop pins on your own drawings, photograph each defect, set severity and status, then export a clean, numbered PDF — a snag list, condition report, damage report or minutes of meeting — ready for the client or contractor. Whether you call it snagging, a punch list, a defect list or a building inspection, Snagger turns the site walk into the paperwork, in minutes.

  • Main contractors
  • Building surveyors
  • Architects
  • Snagging inspectors
  • Project managers
  • Property developers
  • Homebuyers

Everything the site walk needs. Nothing it doesn't.

Pin-point snag lists

Drop numbered pins exactly where each defect is — on your own drawings. Photos, severity, status and completion evidence on every snag.

Condition & damage reports

Record the state of a property before works start and document damage with photo evidence — the paper trail that settles disputes.

Minutes of meetings

Capture site meetings, decisions and action items against the project — so nothing agreed on site gets lost on the way to the office.

Client-ready PDF reports

One tap turns your inspection into a numbered, photo-backed PDF site inspection report you can hand straight to the client or contractor.

Works with zero signal

Fully offline by design. Basements, shells and remote sites — everything is saved on your device, with optional backup to your own cloud.

What is a snag list app?

A snag list app records building defects (“snags”) directly on your floor plans with photos, then turns them into a professional report. Snagger is a free snag list and site inspection app for iOS, Android and desktop.

Is a snag list the same as a punch list?

Yes. “Snag list” is the term used in the UK, Ireland and Australia; “punch list” is the US equivalent. Both are a list of defects to fix before a project is signed off — and Snagger handles both.

Is Snagger free?

Snagger is free to download and use for your first project on iOS and Android. A Pro subscription unlocks unlimited projects and PDF export.

Does Snagger work offline?

Yes. Snagger is offline-first, so you can capture snags, photos and notes on site with no signal. Everything is saved on your device and syncs when you’re back online.

Can I export PDF site inspection reports?

Yes. One tap turns your inspection into a numbered, photo-backed PDF site inspection report you can hand straight to the client or contractor.

Who is Snagger for?

Builders, main contractors, architects, building surveyors, snagging inspectors and project managers — anyone who inspects construction work and needs a clear, photo-backed report.
