Get help with Snagger — snag lists, condition and damage reports, minutes of meetings, and site inspection PDFs for architects, surveyors, engineers and contractors.
Email us
We aim to reply within 2 business days. To get a useful answer first time, please include:
- your device and OS version (e.g. iPhone 14, iOS 18);
- your Snagger version, from Settings → About;
- whether you are signed in, and the email address on the account;
- what you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
How Snagger is organised
- Project — the top level. One per job, contract or site.
- Property — a building or unit inside a project (e.g. “Block A, Penthouse”).
- Snag list — a defects list for one area, with its own plan and pins.
- Condition report — a multi-floor assessment with a facade photo and a plan per floor. Damage reports document a specific damage event.
- Minutes of meeting — meeting folders, attendees, discussion points and action items, issued as a PDF.
Typical flow: create a project → add a property → start a snag list or report → import the plan → drop pins → generate the PDF.
Working offline
Snagger is offline-first: everything you create is saved on your device, so the app works with no signal on site. With a Pro subscription your data also syncs to the cloud, so it appears on your other devices and in Snagger Studio on the web. Changes made offline upload automatically when you reconnect.
Accounts and sync
A Snagger account is needed to sync. If a confirmation email does not arrive, check your spam folder and try the resend option; if it still does not arrive, email us and we will confirm the account manually.
Cloud sync is a Pro feature. Free accounts keep working normally on the device.
Teams and companies
Team and Company plans let colleagues share projects and reports. Every company has one owner, who sets each member’s role:
- Owner — the person who bought the plan. Holds the subscription and billing, sets the company details, logo and letterhead, and assigns everyone else’s role. There is exactly one owner, and ownership cannot be reassigned in the app — contact us if it needs to move.
- Admin — manages projects, reports and plans, including deleting them.
- Editor — full site work: add snags, photos, pins and reports. Cannot delete a whole project, report or plan.
- Viewer — read-only. Sees the company’s shared projects and reports and can open the PDFs, but cannot add or change anything. Useful for a client or a consultant who only needs visibility.
Company details, logo and letterhead are set once and applied to every member’s reports, so output looks the same whoever produced it.
Subscriptions
The free plan includes two projects, six lists and reports in total across them, and six PDF exports. The six cover snag lists, condition reports, damage reports, meetings and finishes rooms in any mix — six snag lists uses them up, and so does four snag lists and two meetings. A finishes room counts as one and holds up to ten trades inside it.
A list counts from the moment you work in it — one pin, or one discussion point — and deleting it afterwards does not free the place up. Delete one you never started and the place does come back. Pro removes every one of these limits.
Cloud sync is included on every tier, free ones too — your work reaches your other devices and Snagger Studio whether or not you subscribe.
Mobile subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google — manage or cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account, not in Snagger. Team and Company plans are bought on this website and managed from your profile.
Changed device or reinstalled? Use Restore Purchases on the subscription screen.
Deleting your data
Delete individual records in the app at any time. To remove your account and all cloud data permanently, use Settings → Account → Delete account, or see delete-account. Deletion cannot be undone.
