Our story

Built on a real construction site

Snagger started as a personal tool. The existing options were either expensive desktop software or notes apps that didn't understand a floor plan. We needed something that worked offline, produced a real document, and got out of the way on site.

The problem was simple: site inspections still ran on paper, spreadsheets, and WhatsApp photos. A defect found on the 7th floor of a shell-and-core building had to wait until you were back at a desk to log it properly. By then, you'd forgotten which column it was in.

Snagger was built to close that gap. Import your actual drawings — not generic graph paper. Pin defects where they physically are. Attach the photo you just took. Set severity. Done. Back in the office, generate the report. The client gets a document they can act on.

What started as one person's site tool is now used by architects, surveyors, main contractors and snagging inspectors. The core principle hasn't changed: the phone in your pocket should be good enough to run a professional inspection.

What we believe

Offline-first, always

We built Snagger for sites without signal. Basements, shells, remote plots — everything saves locally first. Sync happens in the background when you're back online. The site doesn't slow you down.

Your data, your control

No analytics. No tracking. No selling your data. Your inspection reports stay in your account in our EU-based cloud, and you can export or delete everything at any time. We are not in the data business.

Professional output

The PDF a Snagger report produces is the same one you'd hand to a client or solicitor. Numbered pins, photo evidence, your company branding, revision tracking. Not a rough note — a professional document.

Built for speed on site

Every second on site counts. Dropping a pin, adding a photo, setting severity — three taps. We obsess over interactions that happen in a hard hat with cold hands on a scaffold.
